Delivery / Shipping Information
We use Pathao Courier to deliver all over Bangladesh.
Currently we do home delivery all over Bangladesh except Bhasanchar, St. Martin and Chheradeep area.
- Inside Dhaka (Two City Corporation Area) – 60 BDT
- Outside Dhaka – 100 BDT
- Within Dhaka Metro: 1 – 3 days
- Rest of Bangladesh: 3 – 5 days
This time limit will be considered from your order placing time.
Yes, we provide same day delivery but you have to order before 11AM to avail the service.
You have to pay minimum 150 taka as delivery charge for same day delivery service (Pathao Courier). Sometimes, we use UBER parcel service to deliver it urgent basis. At that case, the delivery charge will vary.
Payment Information
We already have online payment gateway along with cash on delivery facility also. If you want to pay online, you can do that easily by using your visa, master, amex card.
Also we support mobile banking at our online payment facility. Currently bKash, Rocket, Nagad, Surecash, mCash, ipay, upay etc are available.
Yes, we do support cash on delivery all city area into Bangladesh. Also we support some thana level already. If you have any query then please ask via our facebook messenger or email.
Yes, you can pay via bKash. If you want to pay via bKash through our website, then you can do that easily by using our online payment gateway. Otherwise, you can pay manually as well by the Send Money option.

Order and Exchange
Yes, You can cancel the order. But if we already shipped your order to the delivery agency, then you can’t cancel your order. To cancel order, you need to call this number: 01818921528
Yes! If we are not able to deliver your product or you cancel your order, then we will send you refund amount via bKash.
Before shipping, you can track your order status by going through this page. You need to place the order id and your email address to check the order status.
Once, we shipped your product, then you will get a SMS including tracking info. Once you click the link and you will see your shipping status.
